Service Ethos

We aim to provide a confidential, professional and welcoming service that is paired with a non-judgemental, containing environment where trust and compassion can be valued and developed.

At the core of our approach is that we are all human; experiencing stresses and losses, making mistakes and questioning our actions. Being human also means that we deserve to be treated with respect and dignity by others but also by ourselves.

Seeking support and guidance is a common part of being human and is sometimes needed to overcome difficulties.

Your Therapy

Sutton Coldfield Counselling aims to provide a spectrum of services that may fall under one of two main categories:

(i) Mental health

(ii) Neurodiversity assessment:  Autism and ADHD assessments.

It is not unusual for individuals to be looking for support with both, as they can often overlap and influence each other.  We offer complimentary phone calls and initial appointments that may help to clarify the most helpful treatment pathway.
