Relationship therapy can mean any relationship that you have in your life: partner, parent-child, business partner, etc. The aim is to work towards a healthier, more meaningful relationship through growth, repair and developing an understanding of some of the underlying, contributing factors. Family Therapy

Family therapy can also focus upon the relationships and dynamics within a group or family. This may involve the whole of a family unit or certain sub-groups within the family unit. Similarly, it can focus upon conflict, communication difficulties or purely strengthening the family relationships. This can comprise of exploring unhelpful repeating patterns, dealing with loss and grief or coping with recovering from trauma, amongst other elements that can put a strain on family life.
Every family is unique, however, the aim of family therapy is to find an environment where all members can safely have a voice, explore their emotions and work towards a healthier family dynamic.
